UCSF/San Francisco General Hosptial Orthopaedic Trauma Center needed to raise awareness among patients, physicians and funding sources. The Center offers some of the highest-caliber staff, research and residency programs worldwide. However it suffered from low service expectations due to its location and a high percentage of indigent care to the San Francisco Bay Area. The website initiative was led by a time-compressed and under-staffed department. |
